As a mortgage and appraisal industry leader for 27 years, LVS President and CEO Tiffany Wojcik knows what an ideal mortgage and appraisal company should be. When she launched LVS in 2014, it gave her the opportunity as a seasoned industry professional to turn her vision into a reality. Since its inception, she has built LVS as a firm solidly based on excellence, expertise, trust, loyalty and commitment. She has put together a top quality staff focused on peerless customer service, strong interpersonal communication skills and a thorough knowledge base of all mortgage products and guidelines.
Tiffany has a proven entrepreneurial track record in developing and leading a successful appraisal company. In 2013, she launched Lenders-Link, a full appraisal management company in Orange County, as a co-owner. After helping to grow that company through her dedication to working with independent appraisers to advance turnaround time, quality control and process improvement, she was ready to develop her own family business in the appraisal sphere. That business is LVS.
Tiffany first learned the mortgage and appraisal business from the ground up working as a sales rep for many years with companies such as Property Sciences, Trimavin and New Century Mortgage. In this role, Tiffany generated millions of dollars in revenues, implemented new systems for managing leads through lead-tracking software and established and maintained many nationwide top-tier client relationships.
Tiffany and her husband Matt enjoy visiting Southern California where their daughter, the eldest of their two children, is working on a master’s degree. Their son is currently a high school senior.
