MATT WOJCIK
Controller
Matt oversees LVS’s daily operations. He brings to LVS his many professional years of experience in residential mortgage loans that give him a thorough understanding of lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
As a mortgage loan officer for a major mortgage company, he generated new residential mortgage loans to meet established monthly production goals. He also developed and maintained a strong b to b network to ensure a recurring source for mortgage loan referrals including local real estate agents, mortgage professionals, builders, etc. Matt also worked as a regional manager for a roofing and construction firm where he gained an awareness that he brings to LVS of the challenges facing builders and property owners in managing projects to optimize completion within code, budgetary and design frameworks. Matt honed his skills in accounting at this firm by managing the accounts payable and receivable.
At LVS, Matt manages staffing and monitors updating of staff skills and certifications to fulfill organizational requirements. He promotes LVS brand awareness through advertising, lead generation and the adoption of new marketing technologies.
Matt helps LVS give back to the community through the Wounded Warrior program and participation in the FOA Cares Golf Tournament & Auction which last year raised over $60,000 for local charities.
